The daily check-in10 seconds a day

Change the belief behind the habit.

Start with one personal promise for a 30-day cycle. You can change or restart that promise at any point during the cycle. Reminders follow the interval you choose; then log in once a day to confirm Kept or Not Kept. The daily check-in takes 10 seconds. The 7-day free trial keeps its original schedule: changing or restarting your promise does not reset or extend it, and you are not charged until day 8. Guided practice is separate.

How this works

Why the daily check-in takes 10 seconds.

Start with one personal promise for a 30-day cycle and receive reminders at the interval you choose. You can change or restart the promise at any point during the cycle, then log in once a day to confirm Kept or Not Kept. The 7-day free trial keeps its original schedule and is not reset or extended by that change: the first charge remains on day 8.

Guided practice is separate

Guided practice works with the belief behind your promise by pairing a new identity sentence with a small action. It is separate from the daily check-in.

A wish has no evidence. A small yes-or-no action gives the new sentence something real to point to. Repeat the loop and you can see whether the sentence is becoming more accurate over time.

The daily sequence

One personal promise, reminders at your chosen interval, and one daily confirmation. Change or restart the promise during its 30-day cycle; the 7-day trial clock stays the same.

Daily check-in

  1. 01

    Start with one personal promise

Change or restart it at any point during the 30-day cycle. The daily check-in continues, and the 7-day trial is not reset or extended.

  2. 02

    Choose a reminder interval

Reminders follow the interval you choose.

  3. 03

    Log in once a day

Confirm whether the promise was Kept or Not Kept.

The Practice

A guided practice, separate from the check-in.

These four guided frames work with the belief behind your promise. They are separate from the 10-second daily check-in, which records Kept or Not Kept.

  1. 01

Surface Mood vs. the Belief Underneath

Most apps track how you feel in the moment. Mindweft goes one layer deeper—the sentences you keep telling yourself about what you are capable of, what you are worth, and where you fit. A session ends with one clear sentence you can carry through the day.

  2. 02

    A 3–5-Minute First-Week Start

The separate guided practice starts with a light first week: choose what fits, choose the identity you are practicing, and name one small action you can verify.

  3. 03

    Identity Statements, Not Affirmations

Affirmations rehearse what you wish were true. Pair an identity sentence—“I am someone who keeps small promises”—with a small action. The daily check-in separately records whether your 30-day promise was Kept or Not Kept.

  4. 04

    Measured at the Belief Layer

Mood lifts and fades. The dashboard charts shifts in the sentences themselves—over 30 days, over 90, over a year—so progress is durable rather than a streak badge.

Inside a Session

Guided practice: 3–5 minutes in the first week.

The first-week shape stays short and concrete: arrive, choose what fits, and leave with one identity sentence and one action you can verify by tonight.

Today’s stuck pattern

A concise guided choice brings the day’s recurring sentence to the surface—“I’m the kind of person who…”—without asking for a long reflection.

01:00–02:00

What you noticed today

Choose one concrete moment when the pattern showed up. Add a short note only if it helps you remember the detail.

02:00–03:30

Identity statement

Choose an “I am someone who…” sentence and pair it with one tiny action. The separate daily check-in records whether your 30-day promise was Kept or Not Kept.

03:30–05:00

Close + optional rating

Save the action and carry it into the day. The daily check-in is a separate Kept or Not Kept confirmation; deeper 1–10 belief ratings stay optional.

What We Track

Evidence at the layer that matters.

Mindweft keeps the daily check-in simple while giving the separate practice somewhere to accumulate.

Day 01 entry

“I’m the kind of person who can’t keep promises to myself.”

Day 30 reframe

“I make small promises and keep them. That is what I am practicing right now.”

A weekly chart plots belief-statement drift—the user’s own sentences, scored against the entry they wrote the day they joined—alongside a quieter mood signal so the noise does not hide the signal.

FAQ

The honest answers.

Mindweft is sold as a practice, not a product. The questions we get the most, answered plainly.

The 30-day identity experiment

Pick one belief. Test it for a month. See what shifts.

The separate guided practice begins with a single sentence in your own hand and one falsifiable action for tomorrow. The daily check-in stays one Kept or Not Kept confirmation of your 30-day promise.
